How I build
Most of my projects start with a problem I actually encounter. I try to understand why the existing workflow behaves the way it does, build the smallest useful solution, test it in the environment where I need it, and expand it only when continued use justifies the extra complexity.

- A Keep Android Open ticker under the navigation A slim ticker under every page's navigation counts down to 1 January 2027, the date keepandroidopen.org gives for Android becoming a locked-down platform, and links to the campaign. - Cookie choices: nothing optional loads until you agree A cookie bar now asks every visitor before any analytics or marketing load. Google Analytics joins Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel, all three wait for consent, Cookie choices in every footer changes or withdraws it, and the privacy policy says so. akasammythepuppy.me
- Display settings: light and high-contrast themes, larger text and reading options A Display settings button in every page's header now offers a light theme, a high-contrast theme, larger text, wider spacing, a readable font, underlined links with bold focus outlines, and reduced motion.
